• Express Shipping (Next Day): Available Monday–Thursday for an extra fee.
  We recommend Express for extreme weather or sensitive species.

• Orders placed Monday to Wednesday: Ship same week.

• Orders placed after Thursday: Ship the following Monday, to avoid weekend delays.

4. 📬 Customer Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Prompt reception is essential to maintain a healthy environment inside the box.
