  • Each fish is carefully hand-selected and packed in oxygenated, treated water.
  • Securely sealed bags are placed inside insulated thermal boxes to maintain stable conditions during transit.

2. 🚛 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (2-Day): Available Monday–Wednesday.
  • Express Shipping (Next Day): Available Monday–Thursday for an extra fee.
    We recommend Express for extreme weather or sensitive species.

3. 🗓️ Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed Monday to Wednesday: Ship same week.
  • Orders placed after Thursday: Ship the following Monday, to avoid weekend delays.

4. 📬 Customer Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Prompt reception is essential to maintain a healthy environment inside the box.

✅ Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee all fish will arrive alive and healthy. If you receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival):

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the fish inside the sealed bag.
  • We’ll evaluate the case and may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
    Note: Guarantee void if no one is present at first delivery attempt.

🌡️ Weather & Shipping Restrictions

Shipments may be postponed during extreme temperatures (heatwaves, freezing).
We only ship to areas where delivery can be guaranteed within 48 hours.
